Steel skeleton structure

All flooring, beams, bearers, ribs and frames are made using steel RHS sections galvanized to BS 1387. Galvanized steel sheets are used for the base of the floor cavities.

Roofing

Lightweight, breathable, waterproof membrane with traditional 50mm x 25mm timber batons and Metrotile lightweight roofing shingle tiles in various designs and colours all with a 40 year warranty.

Timber Cladding

All internal and external wooden cladding is of the highest quality and of the customer’s choice with Cedar Spruce Redwood Ash and many more to choose from.  We use redwood hardwood decking for our balconies with other choices available.

Doors and Windows

Our doors and windows are manufactured to customers requirements in a choice of designs and materials (timber and UPVC in a range of colours) to suit your tastes.

Groundwork

Strongpods are manufactured to be raised above the ground to maximise weather protection, which means they can be erected on unlevelled ground with manufactured timber clad steel steps to accommodate.

Insulation

All wall cavities and under floor cavities are fully insulated with Rockwool Thermal fire resistant wool.

Electrics

All pods can be fitted with plug sockets, lights and consumer units to custom requirements. Qualified certified electricians fit all our electrics.
